At Perfume e Body Splash, we want you to feel confident in your fragrance journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the perfume or body splash is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused with all security seals intact.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box to prevent leakage or breakage and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
